High technology disrupts turtle “navigators”

The problem is that in today’s world, there are more and more magnetic fields that can confuse turtles and other creatures, throwing them off course. Similar problems have already been observed in migratory birds, rodents and insects. Numerous sources of electromagnetic radiation created by humans are throwing animals off course. When it comes to migrations of thousands of kilometers, this anthropogenic influence is truly devastating.
